An energy audit is a comprehensive assessment of a building's energy use, identifying areas where energy is being wasted and providing recommendations for improvement.
We use specialized equipment such as blower doors, duct testers, and infrared cameras to identify areas where energy is being wasted.
Having an inspection prior to selling a home can give you the opportunity to make any repairs needed and disclose any findings that could give a buyer room for negotiations.
Radon is the second leading cause of lung cancer. It is impossible to detect without the proper test. Nearly one out of every 15 homes in the United States is
estimated to have an elevated radon level that should be fixed.
We use continuous radon monitors for fast and accurate test results.
Mold can pose a serious problem for you and your home by causing damage to home materials and health problems, especially for those with allergies or asthma.
There are different types of mold tests that we can perform including air testing, surface testing, and bulk testing. The samples are then sent to a certified third-party lab for analysis and reporting.
A Wood-Destroying Insect (WDI) inspection, often referred to as a termite inspection, involves an examination of a property to identify visible signs of wood-destroying insects. These pests, including termites, carpenter ants, carpenter bees, and wood-boring beetles, have the potential to inflict substantial damage to a home's structure.
After we complete your inspection we'll report any evidence of infestation and/or previous treatments on the NPMA-33 Form that will be given to your lender.
