In addition to being a Licensed Home Inspector, he is a licensed HVAC Journeyman Mechanic with over 10 years of experience. Joshua inspects every home as if he were the potential buyer, he understands that the purchase of a home is one of the biggest purchases a person can make. With every inspection Joshua will explain any issues that were found as well as take the time to answer any questions or concerns there may be.
